Unconventional Courtship nonsense

I was messing around on the Unconventional Courtship Generator tonight, posted some of my top finds to Tumblr and thought I should share them here too, especially as it's
john_amend_all's generator. I'll put them below a cut as there are several:
it’s a pairing that I can actually sort of see! except that since Jamie isn’t going to turn out to be evil, he’d have to die :(
the aristocratic setting kind of works with these two, and clearly poor Charley’s been stranded and rescued by an earlier Doctor whom she can’t tell who she is again, hence the secretiveness... I don’t know, I wouldn’t ship it, but I’d like to put them in a decaying manor together and see what kind of trouble they got into.
Separately, the character roles work pretty well--Sara as a bodyguard and the First Doctor as, well, a renegrade aristocrat.
Do we choose to believe Maisey Yates is our Mike’s pseudonym? I can see him writing bodice-rippers in his free time.
yet another one that would totally work, just not as a romance! Clearly Ian and Barbara, who are happily married, will mentor Victoria as she starts her own coffee shop AU.
And another one that would be fun if taken in a completely different direction than the prompt suggests: Seven in full-on VNAs must-fix-the-entire-universe mode ends up in trouble on Barbara’s doorstep, she takes him in and gives him a good old patented Barbara Wright talking-to and he has an attack of conscience and stops trying to run everyone’s lives for them.

626) Inseparable by Brenda Jackson
Living under Ace McShane's roof makes Jamie McCrimmon the envy of every man in town. But Ace's offer of a place to stay is strictly platonic – just until Jamie's new condo is completed. She has no idea that her best friend has been attracted to her since college, and Jamie plans to keep it that way.
Ever since her cousin the Second Doctor got married, Ace has become Houston's most eligible spinster – and a magnet for gold diggers. Ace turns to her temporary roommate for dating advice, and suddenly sees Jamie for the handsome, muscular man he is. Though Jamie's afraid to give his heart to the woman who could so easily break it, when his life is in jeopardy, he'll discover just how far a McShane woman will go when love is at stake…

495) The Inconvenient Duchess by Christine Merrill
Compromised and wedded on the same day, Lord the Third Doctor was fast finding married life not to his taste. A decaying manor and a secretive wife were hardly the stuff of boyish dreams. Yet every time he looked at dark, brooding Charlotte Pollard, Duchess of Haughleigh, he felt inexplicably compelled - and determined - to make their marriage real!

I don’t know, I wouldn’t ship it, but I’d like to put them in a decaying manor together and see what kind of trouble they got into.
324) A Royal World Apart - Maisey Yates
When duty wars with desire, which one wins?
With his life mapped out since birth, Prince the First Doctor — known for his dramatic flair — hopes the minor scandal he plans to create will deter potential suitors.
Hired for One’s security, unemotional bodyguard Sara Kingdom never makes a mistake — but the impulsive prince pushes her resolve to the limits. It’s not long, however, before the handsome and imprisoned One entices her to leave her bonds of duty and honour behind.
Whilst their chemistry reaches fever-pitch, Sara knows she must deny her desire — for One is promised to another woman…
Separately, the character roles work pretty well--Sara as a bodyguard and the First Doctor as, well, a renegrade aristocrat.

363) Small-Town Fireman - Allie Pleiter
The Catch of a Lifetime
Victoria Waterfield doesn’t belong in Gordon Falls. The aspiring restaurateur has far loftier goals than running her grandfather’s quaint coffee shop. The only person who seems to relate is handsome volunteer firefighter Ian Chesterton. Ian understands dreams — he risked everything to start his fishing charter business. Now, he needs Victoria’s help to make it succeed. As they work together, Victoria and Ian quickly discover that while their timing may be bad, their chemistry is undeniable. Victoria always thought of Gordon Falls as a layover on her way to a big city career, but could it be where her heart truly belongs?
yet another one that would totally work, just not as a romance! Clearly Ian and Barbara, who are happily married, will mentor Victoria as she starts her own coffee shop AU.
569) Redeeming the Roguish Rake by Liz Tyner
When scandalous the Seventh Doctor is beaten and left for dead, he's rescued by demure Vicar's daughter Barbara Wright. Seven is a cynical rake, whose outrageous propositions are the talk of the ton — but his injuries are so great that Barbara mistakes him for the new village Vicar! Too late, Barbara realises her error... she's been compromised into a hasty marriage!
