most hits: The Strands of Fate (527)? Really?? I know it's popular, but it's beat all the New Who fics on hits??? Nice.
most kudos: With the exception of a kudos bot victim, Ms Smith (63). Predictably, with a very popular companion and the then-current Doctor.
most bookmarks: Somewhere to Belong (18 according to Statistics, 15 visible). I have a theory that "headcanon accepted" reactions tend to lead to a lot of bookmarks, because people want to look back and remember what the headcanon is that they accepted, and this is a very headcanon-y one.
most words: mumble mumble never-finished WIP...
Barring which, it's Never Too Late (4652), my alt!Sixth Doctor/alt!Romana II romance set in the universe of the Gallifrey audio Reborn. What can I say, they both talk a lot. I'm still quite fond of this one; they're both such messes.
least words: since I stuck my Three Sentence Ficathon fills on AO3, I have a fic with only 37 words, sing me a song. Besides 3SF fills, I have exactly sixty drabbles.
